These ECR (Epreuves Cantonales de Référence) preparation courses are organised at our centre in Pully, near Lausanne, as well as in our new premises in Montreux.
They can also be organised at other locations, on request and for a minimum of 4 students.

Our courses enable pupils to revise specifically with a view to passing the end-of-year ECR in Year 8. They enable them to prepare in the best possible conditions and benefit from valuable advice to develop their skills with confidence.
Our lessons are given in small groups by experienced teachers in a stimulating environment.
We help each of our students to acquire working methods that suit them.
We communicate openly with parents in order to ensure consistent follow-up that respects each student's needs.

What are the ECR?
All pupils in the canton of Vaud must sit the Epreuves Cantonales de Référence, commonly known as the ECR.
These tests are based on the objectives of the Plan d'Etude Romand (PER). They take place every two years :
For pupils in Year 4 Harmos (4P) :
- ECR in French
- ECR in mathematics
The results obtained in these two ECRs are indicative.

For pupils in Year 6 Harmos (6P) :
- ECR in French
- ECR in mathematics
The results obtained in these two ECRs are significant.

For pupils in Year 8 Harmos (8P) :
- ECR in French
- ECR in mathematics
- ECR in German
The results obtained in these last ECRs count for 30% of the annual average and have a significant impact on the pupils' orientation towards the VP (Voie Professionnelle) section.
To ensure that you pass your ECRs with complete confidence, we can help you to ensure that your work is regular throughout the school year. Students can be monitored by specialist tutors.

Apply for regular classes in 4P, 6P and 8P for year-round support
and to prepare for the end-of-year ECR exams

During the spring break, an ECR preparation course can be beneficial. This is also the case for preparatory courses for the 11th year certificate exams.
